Shipments are made 24 hours after payment.
We make shipments from Monday to Friday. If you place an order on the weekend or on a public holiday the order shall be shipped on the first working day.
Delivery to Europe takes place within 3 business days and within 5 business days for all other Countries.
Custom and additional fees may apply for international shipments out of the European Community: these fees shall be paid by customer.
IF THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN NOT ACCEPTED, THE SHIPPING COST FOR RETURN, VAT AND CUSTOM DUTIES WILL BE RETRIEVED FROM THE REFUND.
Orders can be delivered by diverse couriers. You cannot select the courier that will handle your order.
The tracking number will be available the day after the order by logging in "My Account". The Customer can check the delivery status in the section "My Orders". Clicking on the status, the Customer can discover the tracking number.
The shipping address must be correctly filled out in all mandatory fields (First Name + Last Name; Street + Street Number; City + ZIP; Country; Telephone number).
NO SHIPMENTS ARE MADE TO POST OFFICE BOXES OR POSTE RESTANTE.
There are two cases for shipping addresses:
• with PayPal payments WE ARE OBLIGATED BY THE RULES SET BY PAYPAL to send the item to the destination/shipping address specified in the PayPal payment
• with other payment methods the buyer has to notify us of the shipping address whenever the address is different from that which is registered in our website.
In both cases it is advisable to provide us with a telephone number we can give to the courier should delivery problems arise.
2 delivery attempts shall be made. After the second attempt the order shall be stored at the courier’s offices and storage costs shall be borne by the consignee.
If you are not at home/in your office during the first delivery a notice will be left with a tracking number and a telephone number to contact to advise the time and date for a new delivery.
Olip Italia spa reserves the right to withhold parcel storage/return costs if, for causes not due to the sender, delivery of the parcel is not successful.
NOTE. The name of the consignee of the parcel must be indicated on the entry phone/doorbell no matter what courier is performing shipment (otherwise any storage costs shall be charged to the consignee)
Even though we employ the best couriers we are not liable for any delays in delivery or for any inconvenience due to force majeure.
If the parcel is not delivered/picked up until ten (10) days from its arriving in the destination Country, the shipment will be abandoned or turn back to the sender. Any cost for the return will be on Customer's charge and will be recover from the refund.
